How does the auto-billing work?
When a plan is created, the customer's card is saved securely in Stripe. Each billing cycle, Roooster charges the card automatically and creates an invoice record. No manual step required from you.
Can customers cancel their plan through the portal?
You control what actions customers can take in the portal. You can allow self-service plan pausing or require them to contact you to cancel. Either way, the setting lives in your Roooster dashboard.
What if a customer's card declines?
Roooster automatically notifies the customer by email and prompts them to update their payment method in the portal. You also receive an alert so you can follow up before the next scheduled visit.
Can I offer different plan tiers at different price points?
Yes. You can create as many plan types as you like. Most businesses offer a basic maintenance plan, a standard plan, and a premium plan, each with its own price and scope.
